We are a young professional couple looking to rent out one of the bedrooms in our home. You will be living with us and another professional.

We are looking for a student or young professional. We want someone who is responsible, tidy, sociable and not too loud, who will be respectful of our home. We have a dog at home, so dog lovers are preferred. We would love to have someone who will naturally fit into the household.

The room is furnished. There is plenty of storage space with a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The kitchen and bathrooms (including a toilet downstairs) will be shared. The living room is off limits at the moment. There is also a washer-dryer and a dishwasher which you can use. Plenty of off-street parking available.

The rent is £410 a month including council tax, utilities and internet. Deposit is one-month's rent.

There are good connections to the city centre and Harborne Highstreet for shopping and social life, UoB, QE and Selly Oak. There's an Asda within 10 min walk for groceries, and a GP within 5 min from home. Woodgate Valley Country Park is right at the doorstep, perfect for running, biking, and enjoying walks in nature.
