Hi, we have a large double room with a NEW EN-SUITE available from mid January in this clean, well run and friendly international house in Stechford. The room comes with a big window, double bed, table, chair and wardrobe.

The house is on a large residential road, with easy parking outside on the street, small garden at the back for BBQs etc, access from the road to put any bikes also.

The house is walking distance to Stechford train station, close to Heartlands Hospital and the Business Parks.

Everyone in the house is friendly and all are working professionals who get along well.

Bills are included with the rent: electricity, gas, water, WiFi, Council Tax, TV licence, gardener and cleaner for the shared parts of the house - ie kitchen, halls and bathroom!

The contract is for a minimum (extendable) 6 months. There are no fees.

The price of £450 is based on one person taking the room. A couple will be considered for a small extra monthly supplement.
