The apartment contain a washing machine, fridge and freezer, dish washer, microwave, two sofas, and a large TV. There is a 24 hours concierge service at the building reception, and an underground secure car space will be allocated for the tenant.

One off TV Licence will paid annually ( on January 2020) and shared between my self and tenant costing £77.25 each.
