Hi I have a double bedroom to rent. Professional person only plus non smoker, who is house proud and respectful.
The rooms in the house can be shared, kitchen, lounge and bathroom.
You must love animals, as It comes with 2 cats and a dog . " they are very loving".
No loud music.
The rent term can be short term, there is no time limit, provided we get along
Character reference and proof of employment is required.
Long bridge train station is with-in walking distance.
There is a shared drive on the front of the house for parking..
Should a couple wish to rent the double room,. then the rent for the room will be slightly more per month
