YOU MUST BE IN RECIEPT OF UNIVERSAL CREDIT , ESA, PIP JSA BENEFITS WE CAN ONLY DEAL WITH PEOPLE ON BENEFITS

We offer supported housing, this is where a house has a support worker stationed to offer advise and support to tenants.

We can only help people who have a right to stay in the UK so residency is required. As such you WILL NEED to provide IDENTIFICATION which is either passport driving licence or any GOVT issued ID.

We can only help single people we DO NOT help couples or families or single parents with children. Very Sorry.

To gain access to our properties you will need to be in receipt of benefits either ESA, JSA, Universal credit, or PIP DLA etc .

Your rent is paid for directly from the local council and you will need to pay an additional £15 per week service charge to cover Utilities. You will need to bring your first 2 weeks £30 service charge with you.

We have additional houses for those who find themselves homeless that are available in Handsworth and Erdington
