Dbl Bed - Available 8/9

As I am relocating I am looking for someone to replace me and move in with my flatmate on 8 September.

It is a furnished flat and you would have a double room with exclusive use of the bathroom across the hall as my flatmate has an en-suite. There is a wrap around balcony and the flat is ceiling to floor windows so unlike other properties we have the benefit of lots of natural light!

My current flatmate is a 25 year old female and works as a solicitor in the city centre. She is friendly and outgoing but also respectful and has been in the property for 2 years now.

The agency will ask for a minimum term 6 month contract. They will also need to do some checks e. g. reference, ID and credit check.

Bills are currently around £135 per month and broken down as follows:-
Electric £47.00 - £23.50
Internet £30 - £15.00
Water £87.63 - £43.82
Council tax £103/2 = 51.50

unfortunately students would not be able to rent here as my flatmate would be responsible for council tax alone
