It is a one bedroom flat available in student accommodation Aston Brook Green which is just 10 minutes walk away from Aston University and 25 minutes walk to the city center. You will have the flat all to yourself and there is free parking available at the property. The monthly rent includes water and internet, and gas and electricity amount to roughly £50 a month.
