The location is excellent. I've walked to the main entrance of the QE in 10 minutes and Birmingham University main building in 17 mins. For food shopping and socialising Selly Oak is only a 20min walk away and there is a new retail park as you arrive with a very large new Sainsburys 15 walk from the property.

The house has a large new communal living/dining room, stylishly furnished with widescreen TV. Its joined to the new kitchen that benefits from a large fridge/freezer, washer dryer machine, micro oven, dishwasher ect. All household appliances are new and all kitchen essentials are provided.

There is one new bathroom with a large/shower and toilet. The shower is electric and the rest are fed with constant hot water by a combi boiler.
