We have a spare double room in our 3 bed house share with two sociable professional lads both working normal hours Monday to Friday.
Really great location about 10 minutes walk from Broad St, the canals, and new street station with access to a local Tesco express and also a Morrison’s within walking distance.
The house has 2 bathrooms, both with showers, one with a bath, a shared kitchen, living room, and dining area, balcony, utility room, and private garage. On street parking is available.
Bills are a flat £40 a month, Wifi £7 and council tax £58, so it's £500 a month for everything.
The room will be available from around the middle of May but if you are looking for slightly sooner or later just let me know. Feel free to contact me on here and I'll give my number out to arrange a viewing.
