if anyone is still looking for a room at belgrave view, this might be your chance. The room is located on the second floor and the window is facing inwards, which makes for a quiet space away from the busy main road! You will be sharing the kitchen with 4 more students, but have a bathroom to yourself. The flat is mixed gender! The common room has a Playstation 4, some board games, a pool table aswell as a futbol table. A gym, free of use is located in the building aswell.
Belgrave View has a decent location, being about 15 minutes away from the City Centre and close to 30 minutes from the City South Campus. There are also buses going in and from the Centre every few minutes.
As it's a Semester only, the official move-out date would be the 28th of december, with a weekly rate of £137.
