En. Suite room with great housemates

Hi, I have transferred to another University and need to find a replacement tenant for my en-suite room at Liberty Court. The room is unused and my flatmates are really nice (2 boys and 2 girls all first year at UOB, studying medicine, engineering and sports science).
The room is £140 per week all bills included (water, electricity and gas), free Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, car parking, 24 hour CCTV and electronic key fob entry. It is on the ground floor and has a nice view and is sunny in the afternoons.

Good for University of Birmingham, Aston or City students. Shops across the road for basics.
