En-suite 3/4 Bed Room

This is a 3/4 bed en-suite room on the 16th floor of Belgrave View. It is a bright airy room with a small but perfectly functioning en-suite (shower, sink, toilet). All of the flatmates currently living there are all female and all lovely. The new flatmate should be a student at any of the universities within Birmingham. There is onsite parking which can be done termly and does cost slightly more as well as laundry facilities (washing and drying) that costs around £3.80 for both.
