Hi I’m offering a room in my fully furnished house for rent. I work from home currently.
Happy to consider a short let too.

The room has everything you need with internet too. The room will suit someone who maybe looking for a place to stay if they work away from home or need access to a regular room during the week only etc.
I'm very clean and tidy. I don't smoke and would not be able to offer the room to a smoker.

I’m looking for a professional who is Clean , respectful and reliable.
References are needed and proof of ID plus proof of full time employment
I would expect that you keep the house clean & I would be arranging for a cleaner to visit every fortnight (included in rent )
