The closest train station is Kings Norton, which is within walking distance and only a few stops to the city centre and the university, so perfect for students looking for cheap close accommodation. I have a driveway so if you drive there is no extra cost to park. I have sky and netflix, which I am happy for you to use. Solihull shopping centre and Moseley for bars is within 10 minutes driving distance if you want some where to shop or eat instead of the city centre.
