Thank you for your interest. Located on the outskirts of Birmingham City Centre, this three-floor townhouse is perfect for those seeking a comfortable, clean, and quiet living space within walking distance of the city’s main attractions. You'll have easy access to all the attractions and amenities, including New Street Station (15 minutes walk), China Town (8 minutes walk), National Express Digbeth Coach Station (12 minutes walk), and Birmingham International Airport (20 minutes drive). The house is shared between a maximum of three individuals, ensuring a peaceful and comfortable living environment.

The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double ottoman storage bed and a high-quality mattress, a study desk with a table lamp, an office chair, a chest of drawers, a bedside table, and a fitted wardrobe. You'll have access to a bath and toilet next to the room, which will be used by a maximum of two individuals. There's also a WC on the ground floor for convenience.

The house comes with high-speed fibre broadband and no parking space. The living room has a 55" Samsung QLED TV with access to popular streaming services such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, and others. It also has Amazon Eco devices (Alexa), a dining table and a leather sofa, perfect for entertaining guests occasionally. The property is situated right next to Linear Park, which is perfect for fitness enthusiasts.

All bills are included in the rent, along with crockery, cooking pans, cutlery, and appliances, including a rice/risotto cooker, separate fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, blender, toaster, kettle, washing machine, dishwasher, oven/grill, and microwave oven. If you have any reasonable requirements outside this, I am happy to purchase them. Cleaning materials for the kitchen and toilet, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, kitchen foils, toilet paper, and any other cleaning materials are included in the rent.
