Lovely, large double room in quiet street

The room is a large double room at the front of the house at the end of a no through way street. The location is very quiet and peaceful with holders lane park at the end of the garden and the cycle path in and out of town running through it.
The house is a spacious terraced house with one professional living within it and I sporadically come in and out. I have a keen interest in art and plants so there are plenty of them in the house!
In the room itself there is a double bed and a tall chest of drawers only.
