City Centre, Double Bedroom, En Suite, Bills inc.

Hi,

I’m renting out the second bedroom in my flat, which is in the city centre, situated next to the Mailbox, just a 5 minute walk from New Street Station.

I’m a young professional who has been living in Birmingham since 2015. I love eating and drinking out (I know all the good places in town) whilst attempting to stay fit through gym/running/squash. I have lived with people from Spare Room for a number of years now and have enjoyed doing so!

The room is available from 3 November but it’s possible to be flexible, so let me know what suits you.

The room is a double bedroom with exclusive use of the main bathroom which is directly outside the bedroom. All bills are included, which covers fibre internet and Sky TV. There’s space to set up a wfh station in the room (there's currently a desk in there which isn't in the photos). There is also a nice, private outdoor balcony which comes in handy during the summer.

The apartment block has a concierge system which provides security and looks after parcels.
