Close to shops and new leisure centre. Situated at Edgbaston Reservoir. Wonderful views from kitchen and garden. This is my family home, this is not a house share. Cooking and laundry facilities are available. I have a lovely garden which can be used. There is a supermarket close by and public transport. There is a new leisure centre about 10 mins walk away.
