A double room, city centre, bills included

Hi, everyone,

This room is now available for anyone looking to move in from August or September at the latest. My current flatmate is moving out abroad after two years of sharing the flat.
The place is very functional and space-efficient. There is absolutely everything you may need, including plenty of storage space in the attic.

Parking is available, enclosed parking area just in front of the building.

There's also a small fenced patio area right before the entrance. Generally the place around is full of greenery. It's beautiful during the summer.

The bills are ALL INCLUDED in the price, including:

- Gas
- Electricity
- Water
- Wi-Fi

About me:

I am an International Tourism graduate (UCB). I do creative writing, also write and produce music (strictly on headphones).
If you have background in music or creative writing, that'd be awesome.
I speak a few languages and would love to learn at least one more. Currently learning Spanish.
The place:

This is an average-sized apartment. Noise is best kept to a minimum in the early mornings and nights. Music, and singing in the shower are more than welcome during the day. Yey!

Great location, 10-minutes walk from the city centre and UCB, five minutes from the Maltings.

Your bedroom:

Please, note: on the photo shown, the furniture arrangement is not the best in my opinion, but this is how it was at the time of taking this photo. The room is more spacious than it appears.


It comes with a double bed, a big solid wood wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bookshelf. All high quality wood. We can easily find and source you a desk if you will need one.

The kitchen:

There's a great fully functional kitchen with everything you'll need: a brand new oven; a brand new microwave, which I purchased; fridge/freezer; Dolce Gusto coffee machine, a blender, a big toaster, a small table; a washing machine.

The bathroom:

Modern; spacious; shower over bath, two windows - so it's nice and bright, hot water at any time of the day.

Living room:

There's no living room as the living room has been converted into a second (my) bedroom, which simply makes it a two-bedroom apartment, without a living room. That's what allows me and you to stay so close to the city centre at such a good price.
