The house is a three bedroom house with a rear garden and garden furniture, there is a small single bedroom and two large bedrooms (1 bedroom is suitable for a couple) shared kitchen, bathroom and living room. In the bedrooms there are beds and chest of drawers. Off street parking on own driveway.

I don't mind who rents the rooms, all I ask is you pay the rent on time every month and respect the other tenants.
