If you decide to take this flat, you would be sharing with Antonio who is Spanish and has living in the flat now for a couple of years. Antonio is friendly/sociable and has been a fantastic flatmate, he's clean, funny and helpful (as well as an amazing cook!). The landlord is also great and kick to resolve any issues that arise in the flat.
The rent is £475 pcm - with bills coming to an extra per £70-£90 a month. The move in date can be flexible.
