Cheap Student House - Edgbaston

Unfortunately due to circumstances I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy at the property.

There are two student nurses living at the property, they are easy to get a long with and great company. The property is clean and tidy, all utility bills are included in the rent. The property has a television in the living room and WiFi. The downstairs bathroom is shared between myself and another female.

My room advertised is the bedroom on the bottom floor of the property. This allows for privacy. There is limited noise from outside and the bedroom is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and a bedside table.

The kitchen has all appliances that you would need as well as a washing machine. There is also space under the stairs for storage if you need extra room.

There is a bbq in the garden with table and chairs, perfect for summer evenings!

It is a 15 minute walk from broad street, 15 minute walk to Birmingham City University. It is also right next to a beautiful reservoir.
It’s 5 minutes to Broadway Plaza as well that has lots of food places as well as a cinema.

I would be looking for someone to have this room as soon as possible. If you have any more questions I will be happy to answer ASAP.
