I have two double bedrooms available from August 13/08 in the brand new 3 bedroom apartment I am currently living in.
My two flatmates are moving out at the beginning of August.
The place is part of a brand-new block called Allegro Living and comes with a number of amenities including: large garden, communal residential area, on site management and 24h reception, on site gym and wellness centre all included in the rent.
The building includes studios, 1, 2 or 3 bedroom apartments.
The 3 bedroom option is the most convenient and spacious of all!
Rent:
520£ (double room)
550£ (double room with balcony), bills not included.
I would say 600-650 total per month with bills.
The place itself is really cool, I am just looking for two like-minded people to join me as my flatmates are moving out.
