Regular cleaner visits and high standards of cleanliness from the current tenants make this a very comfortable house share.

Rent is all inclusive of council tax, water rates, gas, electric, fast internet up to 350 mbps, cleaner and gardener up to a stated cap. Tenants share any excess between them if this becomes necessary but it has not been necessary in previous years. Current utility bill increases may make this necessary in the future.
