We are a professional Muslim Indian couple looking to rent out a luxurious room in a domer bungalow conveniently located near the city centre and the spaghetti junction in Gravely hill which is easily accessible to the motorway network and close to universities and also a short bus ride to Good hope hospital in Sutton colfields having previously accomodated staff from there.
The accommodation (The room ) is to rent with shared bathroom and kitchen facilities and own separate entrance all under new construction - so the newly fitted bathroom and a small kitchen which has a fridge, dishwasher, microwave ,a ceramic hob, extractor and a sink will be shared between the two tenants.

All now refurbished to a high standards with high class bedroom furniture in one of the rooms whcih includes a king size bed, 2 bedsides, large mirrored dressing table and a double mirrored wardrobe all in attractive Versace designs! Also there is a freezer in the utility area for extra storage usage.
