1 Room available in Friendly House Share Stirchley

We're 4 recent graduates (& emerging professionals) looking for one more person to join our house in July 2021. We've loved this house this year as it's great quality for the price we're paying, so all wanted to stay another year. Unfortunately one of our housemates has decided to move country, so will not be staying with us for the next year.

We're looking for another individual in similar circumstances to us to live with us. Here's some details about the house;

- £70 per week, £304 per calendar month
- Bills/utilities are around £22 per month
- Wifi is £6 per month
- We share one large bathroom (shower and bath), there is a toilet upstairs too
- Huge garden
- Driveway
- 2 fridges, 2 freezers
- In a fairly safe part of Birmingham with friendly neighbours!

We're really friendly and tidy people. We do occasionally have a few drinks together but otherwise are quiet and respectful of each other's space!
