Who’s there?
Well, at the moment, in the property it's just me.
Who am looking for?
I'm looking for a professional, cool, neat, genuinely friendly people who are easy to live with and get along with others in a respectable manner. Mature students are welcome.
I'm looking for someone who will "keep up" with the "up keep" of the property, and show it the love that it deserves.. A place to call home.
Who am I?
Kam (me!) has owned the house since June 2021. I can tell you that I'm a responsible, responsive and pretty nice landlord, which is kind of important, considering there seem to be a lot out there who aren't. I'm also very hands on, you will have access to my direct line, if it's an emergency I'll get to you as fast as I possibly can and if it's any other issue eg maintenance, I'll get looked at and repaired within 48 hours.
So how does that sound? Pretty cool, huh? I've already had some interest so be quick to contact me as I'm sure the room will be snapped up pretty sharp-ish.
Give me a call
Cheers, Kam :)
