1 double room- house share/ buddy up

The house is a 3 storey modern townhouse and has 3 bathrooms, a garden, 3 bedrooms, a lounge and off road parking. A stone through away from the city centre, walking distance from new midlands hospital in Smethwick.

You will pretty much have the middle floor to yourself as my room is at the top of the house. This means you will have your own bathroom.

The room itself it spacious and large enough to put a double in with space for a desk as well. The room comes furnished, everything is included eg desk, chair ect….but I can add and remove things at your request if there was something you needed.

I am quite social but the house is big enough for you to quite easily have some alone time.

Looking for a nice clean person who is up for socialising occasionally but is also easy going. The area is well connected with regular buses to town and off road parking.

Little bit about myself… I work professionally as a sales engineer, this sometimes means I work away semi regularly. I enjoy indoor climbing(bouldering), recently started salsa dancing and enjoy quite a bit of nature. I am quite active, like to paddle board in the summer. Can cook an amazing lasagne, and semi enjoys the gym.

I have rented my room out successfully for the past 3 years. My current tenant, who I consider a good friends is only moving out so she can live with her partner and move onto the next chapter of her life. All of my past tenants, again I would class them as friends now. So far it has been a really nice experience.
