Large double-bedroom in 2 bedroom flat on upper floor. Looking for 1 roommate to take the 2nd room (from Mid/End August) since my flatmate is travelling. Must be tidy as i’m quite clean. Open plan living area and kitchen with all integrated appliances (fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, pots & pans and bowls), washer/dryer outside the apartment door and parking space. ALL BILLS INCLUDED, all amenities included, just bring your box of clothes (as there’s no storage space) Working Professional females or Mature Student females preferred (as I’m female). Location B30 (Pershore Road) 25 minutes (by bus) to city centre. Young pets allowed (up to 6 months)
