I’m looking for someone to move into my flat due to previous housemate moving to London.
I’m pretty relaxed when it comes to sharing my space, key things must be a sense of tidiness but also sociable and open to a drink or two!
The flat itself has an open plan kitchen and living room with access to the balcony which overlooks the not so sunny Birmingham skyline! The bathroom has a bath/shower and the room itself comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
The parking is on road parking which I’ve never had an issue with but I am also trying to sort a second space in the secure parking as well
