The clean and tidy spacious kitchen and communal areas - lounge, conservatory and paved garden - will not disappoint anyone who lives here.

The road to the front and the cul de sac at the rear are quiet and tree-lined.

Please note, guests use the first floor w. c. - ONLY tenants and myself go up to the top floor.

Private front door leads to a porch, storage cupboard, inner door to entrance area, door to garage. (storage if needed plus attic space)

Carpeted open staircase - throughout - to first floor; wc with whb, large kitchen dining area, through (sliding wooden door) to lounge with TV, French doors to comfy conservatory, with doors to the garden.

Stairs continue to upper landing, shower-room with whb and wc, Both the single with large fitted wardrobes and double overlook the quiet back garden, trees and shrubs.

Bus routes a couple of mins walk away. Parking at the front or in the quiet cul de sac at the rear.
