Hi, I am looking for someone to replace me in this lovely apartment in city center as I will be moving out in mid-March.

This is a two-bedroom two-bathroom apartment located in the central area of Birmingham within a walking distance to the city center (ca. 20 minutes), Brindley Place (ca. 5 minutes), and Five Ways station (ca. 10 minutes). It is also just off the Broad Street, but it is never loud at night. The nearest supermarket (Morrisons) is a 10 minute walk and there is a small corner store downstairs. The flat is very modern, there is a shared kitchen and a living room area.

The room is furnished and has its own master bathroom with a large bathtub. The furniture includes a double bed, a built-in closet, a chest of drawers, and a bedside table with drawers.
