Small double room close to Canon Hill Park

I’m looking to rent out my spare room in my lovely 2 bedroom house on a short term basis from January and possibly longer for the right person. I’d also consider a Mon-Fri let.

It’s a small double with a 3/4 bed, wardrobe and bedside cabinet. The house is fully furnished with a cute little garden right next to the River Rea and Cannon Hill Park.

I’m looking for someone easy going and tidy to share my home with. I’m quite a sporty person so my front room is currently full of bikes, and more bikes are welcome! The bathroom usually has a wetsuit or two hanging up!

I work from home 3 days a week and in London the other 2 days and am often out after work, so the house is fairly quiet.
