The Apartment is only a short walk (approx. 10 mins) to the Cube, Mailbox, New Street, and Five Ways stations. The Apartment is on the top floor of the building, with tall ceilings and fantastic panoramic views of Sunset Park and Moonlit Park (Park Central).

The Apartment has a spacious hall area, which includes a large beveled mirror, sideboard, and a large vaulted skylight which makes it feel bright and spacious.

The rent includes (water, council tax, fibre broadband, and service charge). Electric not included (monthly average across 12 months is about £80-£90 per month each).

I’m ideally looking for a working professional, who is clean, tidy, and easy to get on with.

I mostly work from home each day, and regularly go to the gym 4 times per week & play badminton. Occasionally I go swimming. I like to do a lot of cooking, and sometimes bake cake (so if you like cake that’s a bonus!). I frequently travel and am often seeing friends around the city.

I am awaiting some repairs to some parts decking, that should be completed later this summer.
