Seeking a female professional or couple who is working away from home and needs a space to stay between Monday to Friday inclusive or 7 days a week.
** Please note: couples will pay a monthly rent of £950 per month**
We are located a short drive (7-10mins) away from the HS2 BBV offices, the Birmingham NEC, Airport and train station.
As this is a quiet respectable neighbourhood, the ideal person will be considerate of low noise levels, appreciates a clean and tidy environment and private space.
Room 1: Master suite, has a super king sized bed (Emma mattress), triple wardrobe and double drawers, with en-suite shower room.
- Access to the kitchen only
- Kitchen cupboard space allocated
- Fridge/ Freezer space allocated
- Access to washing machine and dryer
Room 2: The garden house is a beautiful modern space, which is self contained with the exception of a bathroom, which is accessible within the main house. Features with the space include:
- Small double 10in Memory Foam sofabed
- Bedding and towels
- Mini desk for working/ dining table
- Fridge
- Microwave
- kettle
- Coffee machine (2x pods complimentary)
- TV
- Wifi
- Bistro table and chairs on patio
General info:
For peace of mind of our housemates, security cameras with 24hr recording features are positioned at the front side and rear (garden) of property and communal areas only (hallway kitchen/ living room of main house).
Rental conditions for both rooms:
Ideally 6 - 12 months fixed term stay or a short stay of 4 months or a flexible rolling* contract (*providing two months notice to vacate).
Please be kindly advised, that house sharers are referenced. A deposit is required and secured with the DPS.
