Enjoy having half a house for the price of a room. Very large bright room in a gorgeous house just 8 minute walk to Moseley Village and all its amenities. Sharing a house with just one person, me. There is a lounge, kitchen, dining room and bathroom and a lovely garden which gets plenty of sun. Big bbq and seating area.

The room is furnished and has a desk in there too for wfh if you so wish.

I'm an art and photography teacher so someone creative would be good. I'm very sociable and a great cook. I don't eat meat so would prefer someone who doesn't, but its not a deal breaker.

The house is a few minutes walk from the number 2/3 or 50 bus. Plenty of shops within 2 mins walk and a Lidl at the end of the road. Perfect for walking into Moseley and a park on the back door.

I also have a fantastic house cat who is too cool for school.
