My beautiful and welcoming home is in North Birmingham/ Sandwell. It is approximately 5 mins from the M6 & M40, 20 mins to Birmingham, 20 mins to NEC, and on a good and reliable bus route.

Whether you are a doctor, nurse, HS2, a locum an IT professional, or simply visiting Birmingham for a while... You'll love staying here because it really is home from home.


Available from 3rd January 2025.

THE COST: £250 per week (M - F only), or £1000 for the whole month. This is INCLUSIVE of all bills, wifi, fresh bedding and towels each week, and also a weekly clean of your bathroom and bedroom.

Lots of parking available.
Monday - Friday lets preferred.
Longer or month long stays welcome, but preference for these longer stays would be female (as I am female).
Shared use of the kitchen, utility and living room/dining room.

No guests allowed.
No shoes inside the house.
No smoking or illicit substance misuse.
No pets.
No parties.
