The kitchenette consists of a sink, fridge freezer, microwave and 2 ring hob.

There isn't an ensuite but toilet and shower are very close by and really only used by one other guest. The house is a 2 bathroom house.

Housemates are very sociable/friendly and get all get along well and just want a quiet life.

This will suit a working professional with a steady job that wants a nice quiet house which is modern and clean and drama free and if you have a love of wildlife then the garden has plenty and has some bird feeders fixed in place over the patio window.

This property is aimed at professionals only & would be fabulous for any commuters to Birmingham / Solihull / Olton / NEC / JLR & all surrounding areas as it is situated on a main artery into Birmingham/Solihull & has the No 4 (was 37!) bus stop situated just meters from the house and these buses run every 6 minutes!!! If you had to catch an 8.00AM bus you could leave the house at 7. 57AM and be confident of being on time!

There are also a staggering 3 railway stations within half a mile of the property so you could pick a different one each day! Links to M42 M6 are also a short drive away.

All bills are included which includes the ever important high speed fibre wifi internet which at router is approx 350mbps.
