The rent is £795 per month, this includes all bills. WiFi is included. It will be one month's rent in advance and deposit which needs to be logged by law with the Deposit Protection Scheme (DPS). This deposit is fully refundable at the end of the tenancy as long as the property is left in the same condition as when the tenancy first started.

It is located in close proximity to City Centre, Sea Life Centre, Cadburys World, Millennium Point and Thinktank Museum.
