A double room to rent in this fourth floor flat (top floor) flat with a friendly couple and a friendly cat. We have shared flats before and have no set ideas about who to rent the room to but we generally keep the flat clean and tidy as we go along.
For socialising and entertaining, there is a spacious sitting room with a large open plan kitchen and a balcony which runs the length of the sitting room. The bathroom is shared but there is a second bathroom en-suite to the main bedroom.
Next to the building is a Costcutter supermarket. The flat is situated just five minutes walk to all the entertainment in Digbeth and a fifteen minute walk to MoorStreet Station/Selfridges. Another route allows you to walk to China Town and New Street Station in twenty minutes.
