Summer rent

I'll be away from August 6th until late September or early to mid-October. I'm looking for someone to replace me during that period. There's a chance you might end up with a permanent residency as I may relocate from Birmingham for good, but it's not 100% certain yet. Therefore, I would like to rent my room to you for 2 months initially.

The room is en suite, and common areas are shared with a female flatmate who is very chill and easygoing. It's ideal for a student, but I'm open to anyone.

The bills are not included.
Room available from August 6th.

The rent is £537.
The council tax is £73.
Bills vary month to month.

The apartment is situated in the city center, a 15-minute walk to Five Ways train station and Birmingham New Street. The nearby gym is 2 min away, as well as the theater and local amenities. Supermarkets Morrisons and Tesco are in vicinity as well, 10-15min walking distance.

The rent will be paid to my housemate during your stay, as the flat is in her name.
