I am pleased to offer a large, double bedroom for rent in my lovely quiet, spacious and modern apartment.

All bills are included (electricity, gas, council tax, service charges, and broadband). Netflix for the TV is also included.

The Apartment:

The spatious (corner plot) apartment is modern, recently decorated, is nicely furnished throughout, and has all the mod-cons including a dishwasher. It is situated on the ground floor for easy access and is well ventilated and cool in the hot summer months.

The apartment is very well located. It is in a quiet and green area opposite Sunset Park in Park Central, and is only a 15 minute walk from both Grand Central Station and Brindley Place, and a 10 minute walk from Broad Street.

Bedroom:

The bedroom is recently decorated and is fully furnished with a comfortable double bed, two bedside tables, desk, chair, chest of drawers, bookshelf, triple wardrobe, mirror, laundry basket and bin. There is ample underbed storage space for suitcases etc.

Bathroom / Toilet:

Modern bathroom with double shower, separate bath, toilet, washbasin, bin and mirror.

Living Room:

The living room has a large comfortable 3 seater leather sofa, side tables, dining table and 4 chairs, and 43" TV with Netflix.

Kitchen:

The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with GAS hobs, dishwasher, large built in fridge freezer, clothes washer, oven, grill, kettle, toaster and microwave.

All glasses, utensils, pots/pans, plates, and cutlery, are provided.

Parking:

There is bay parking by the road available. If you drive to work Mon-Fri, parking is free. If you don't drive to work and are looking to leave your car at home during the day, you can apply for an inexpensive resident parking permit.

Linen/towels/etc are included.

Toiletries such as toilet paper, hand wash, and washing powder/dishwasher tablets are also all included.

Suitable for professionals, or mature students on a professional full-time course. This is clean, tidy, quiet and shoe-free apartment.

About you:
I'm looking for a clean and tidy single professional person (or mature student in some cases) and keeps the room in a good condition. There is a cleaning rota and I would prefer if you didn’t cook very smelly foods on a regular basis. There is a cleaning rota every couple of weeks and cleaning takes no more than 2 hours twice a month. I'm looking for someone who is respectful to the property and is accustomed to decent hygiene and has similar values. I'm also looking for someone who doesn't smoke or vape and is fine paying the rent regularly and on time without prompting. If this sounds like you, I'd be delighted to hear from you. Those things aside, I'm sure you will love this place.

About me:
I am a web developer for local government and have lived in the area for a seven years now. I love living in my flat but it's easily big enough for two people to share. I enjoy films, playing sport and socialising with friends. One of my main hobbies is being involved makings films and videos, and I do some part-time filming/acting.
