Two spacious, furnished double bedrooms are available in our friendly, fun and creative home.

Located just a 10-minute walk from the town center via the canals and a quick 5-minute stroll to Fiveways, we enjoy a prime spot where you can take advantage of the hustle and bustle of city living coupled with the peace of suburban life. Port Loop is surrounded by canals (great for walks and runs) and near the Edgbaston Reservoir.

Inside, you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen and a shared lounge, perfect for relaxing or socialising. The rooms are furnished, but we're flexible – if there are things you'd like to keep or remove, just let us know!

All the essentials are included in your rent: energy, water, council tax, high-speed broadband (150mb/s), and some TV subscriptions too.

We love a modcon; dishwasher, washer/dryer, ventilation system, smart lights, smart heating, robot vacuums, and a huge TV in the lounge.

We're looking to find people who also want a warm, considerate, and light-hearted atmosphere. Plus, we share our space with three beautiful and friendly cats – Mr. Business, Gary Gene, and Ozymandias.
