Located just 2 mins walk Broad Street, the flat is 5 minutes walk from 5 Ways Station and only a short tram/bus ride from the city centre. Morissons and Tesco Express are less than 10 mins walk away.

Rent:
The rent is 600pm. Bills included (Wifi. Electricity, Gas, Water, Council Tax) however TV licence is excluded.

The flatmates say:
"We're looking for someone slightly on the extroverted side who is clean and doesn't mind joining us for a drink or two on a Friday night! Non-smokers preferred. We prefer a female flatmate as all the other flatmates are female"

The room:
The bedroom has a wardrobe, desk and chair. It also comes with a chest of drawers and mirror and overlooks the street.

The flat:
Open plan fully fitted kichen/lounge, bathroom, downstairs toilet, as well as access to a washing machine and a patio garden.
