I am looking for someone to continue my tenancy starting November 2023 since I am moving to another country. If you are interested in booking for ten months, please let me know. You can stay with a roommate or partner at no additional charge (as long as both of you are students).

THE BEST THING ABOUT THIS ROOM IS HOW SPACIOUS IT IS :)

My room is fully furnished, including a kitchenette with fridge/freezer, induction hob and sink, ensuite bathroom, small double bed, study desk and chair, and ample storage. The building also has on-site laundry facilities, a communal lounge, and a bike store.

Everything at this accommodation is included in your rent.

You will have two super big windows to ensure you are not suffocating in your room. I also like the fact that the accommodation often offers social gatherings with activities and free food if you are an extrovert.

Birmingham New Street station is only 15 minutes by public transport, and Birmingham International Airport is only 35 minutes away by train.
