Looking for a friendly, peaceful flatmate to share a lovely 3 bedroom house. Great central location - short bus ride to city centre, 12-15 minute walk to brindley place. Room is fully furnished and you have a downstairs toilet pretty much to yourself. Share with friendly, active, live-in landlord and well-mannered teenage son who stays half the time. I have a cat who is also very quiet and stays outside during the day. As female landlord I would prefer females. I’m a postgrad student so happy to take other students or professionals.
