Joy's cosy home

I will be away for work leave. Happy to short let one single bed room to a clean, tidy, responsible person to stay here. You will have my lovely home all to yourself(except my bedroom), including a luxurious bathroom, breakfast room to look into the garden, living room, sitting room and a lovely garden with sitting area outside. Direct bus to city centre within 15 mins, walking distance to UoB, close to park and Bournville train station.

The current advert is for a short let during Christmas, from 16th December to 10th January.

After that, the house will be available from 1st February onwards. You would have the house to yourself most of the time, though I might occasionally return for a few nights to pick up some things, as I’ll be working elsewhere.

The price from February onwards is £800 excluding bills. However, as this is my home, I’m keen to find the right tenant. If you’re the right fit, I’m happy to discuss the rent, as I value having a tidy and responsible lodger over simply getting the highest price. I can guarantee a cosy and fully equipped home for your comfort.

Strictly no smoker, no pet, no party.

For the right tenant, you can choose between the cosy garden-facing bedroom with a single bed with a newly added working table, or the spacious master bedroom featuring a super-comfy double bed.
