Hi, I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy at Bagot Street accommodation from January as I am finishing my studies at the end of this year and moving back home.
The accommodation is a 10 min walk from the City centre and is very close to Aston University, BPP University and Birmingham City University.
This is a Standard En-suite room with a double bed, lots of storage, desk, chair, mirror and a nice bathroom with a shared kitchen.
The property is equipped with a laundry room, social area, gym, cinema room and study areas. 24/7 security, reception and key/fob access.
Male and female both welcome.
