Spacious double bedroom close to JQ

I’m looking for a new housemate to rent a double room in a charming 2 bed terrace house close to the jewellery quarter. The room is unfurnished but the rest of the house is.

Large kitchen and shared living room and bathroom, front and back garden space and parking provided for local residents.

There’s great links into town and out of Birmingham via car or train. A large Tesco and Lidl close by.

I’m looking for a friendly housemate to share the house with. I’m quite a chilled individual, go to the gym regularly, work from home when I’m not on a video shoot, occasionally play guitar and enjoy all things nerdy.

All in bills and rent come to roughly 550-600 (I’m changing internet provider soon and the council tax is rising so who knows)
