Double room is quiet 2 bedroom flat - Female ony

I'm offering a furnished double bedroom with a wardrobe and under-bed storage, with all bills included in the rent.

Available from Jan 27th for 12 months Max.

Ideally, I prefer short-term tenants for a 3-6 months, but I'm open to considering other durations on a case-by-case basis.

I am a female, and I prefer to share the space with other females; this is non-negotiable for me. No couples. no International students.

The room is available for rent Jan 27th until Jan 2026 will consider other dates.

The property features a garden, and WiFi, and it's located in a quiet grove away from main roads. Parking is in the grove as I park on the driveway.

Rent is due on the move-in date and then on the same date each month thereafter. Deposit may be required to hold longer than a few days.

Due to past experiences with difficult housemates, I am very particular about who I choose to live with we must be the right fit for each other.

Please note that there's one dog in the property, so no other pets are allowed.

I'm looking for a fairly sociable tenant, but I don't allow house parties :)
